Loaded with nourishing components like garlic, bone broth, spinach, and turmeric– this tasty turkey & & sweet potato immune-boosting soup is the best relaxing meal for when you aren’t feeling your finest or simply desire something to warm you up on a cold day.


  • Coconut or avocado oil for cooking
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 little yellow onion, sliced
  • 7 cups chicken or turkey bone broth
  • 1.5 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas drained pipes and washed
  • 1 handful of sliced spinach or kale
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1⁄4 tsp ground ginger
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


Start by heating up a big frying pan over medium heat with coconut or avocado oil. Include the ground turkey and saute up until entirely prepared through.

While the turkey is cooking, include extra oil to a big stockpot over medium heat and include the garlic and onion. Saute for 3-5 minutes or up until clear.

Include the prepared ground turkey to the pot with the garlic and onion and include the bone broth, cubed sweet potatoes, and chickpeas. Give a boil and after that lower to a simmer and cook for about 20-25 minutes or up until the sweet potatoes hurt.

Include the sliced spinach or kale, turmeric, ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Cool and put into a serving bowl. Delight in!
