And actually doing this puzzle 100 times! What can I state? The kid likes trucks.

I constantly have a hard time in the winter season, on a regular year.

If the sun is out, I’m OKAY.

However when that cloud cover is thick and gray, I absolutely have problem keeping my state of mind raised.

Things that assist: getting outdoors, checking out fiction (esp. a tropical escape), viewing Survivor (so bummed there isn’t a brand-new season), vitamin D supplements (I take 2000 IU a day all winter season), and my relaxing bathrobe

Lunch Break

For lunch I warmed up some remaining noodles with a couple of handfuls of child spinach, red pepper, and some JM Stock ham in a frying pan. All topped with Parmesan cheese. The ham completely made it!

I’m at that point in the winter season where I simply do not discover huge salads extremely appealing for lunch, so I have actually been sautéing spinach whenever I can. This began as actually 2+ cups!
