How to make a strawberry smoothie

Ingredients – Serves 2
160g of frozen strawberries
62g of Greek yogurt
90ml of milk of your choice
90ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
Place the liquid, strawberries and Greek yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more liquid until you find the consistency that you prefer. Feel free to sweeten as necessary.
