I am not best. As much as I like to cross every T and dot every I, I make errors. And this previous week, I made some food options that I categorize as BIG errors. So today, I’m feeling bad for the options I made. This is since when I weighed in at my typical WW (previously Weight Watchers) conference this previous Saturday (which I go to routinely because losing over 20 pounds a couple years ago), I got 1.6 pounds. Yes, even with all of you cheering me on, I didn’t do what I informed myself I was going to do– adhere to my strategy of including more veggies and water to my diet plan and cutting down on improved sugars. Although I did include some veggies, I did not consume sufficient water, consumed a scrumptious white chocolate bar, and feasted on nachos at supper with a pal one night.

I will enter into a down spiral (consume a big breakfast– grits with additional cheese, bacon, and rushed eggs!– at one of my preferred dining establishments), however then I connected to a WW coach for assistance. I drove past the dining establishment and went to the supermarket to get strawberries for an early morning healthy smoothie rather. The coach informed me I made the ideal choice by choosing a healthy smoothie. She motivated me to take what I understand about this previous week and turn it into future favorable outcomes. I remembered my “why.” Why I have actually devoted to this course to health. You see, my father’s moms and dads passed away from cardiac arrest in their 60 s. My mother’s mom passed away from diabetes and my mother’s daddy passed away from a cardiovascular disease; both remained in their late 60 s.
