It’s been 2 weeks considering that I evaluated favorable for COVID-19, and I more than happy to report I’m nearly feeling 100% once again. I still have a remaining cough that will not stop, however my taste and odor are back, tiredness is all however gone, and I’m feeling, attempt I state, typical. A lot so, I in fact opted for a walk Monday for my very first workout in more than 2 weeks (more on that later)!

I had actually believed being down with COVID would not thwart my weight reduction efforts.
